ACA Notice
Affordable Care Act (“ACA”)
Please be advised that prior to October 1, 2013, you must provide your EIT covered employees with the appropriate Marketplace Notice below. For employees hired on or after October 1, 2013, you must provide the appropriate notice within 14 days of the employee’s date of hire. The appropriate Marketplace Notice is based on the Agreement under which the employee is covered. Please note that the employees covered under the Participatory Agreement have different notices. You will need to complete the Marketplace Notice with your Employer Information (Name, address and EIN). You may also complete the Cover Memo online and include with the Marketplace Notice. EIT has also provided a Frequently Asked Questions flyer and links to other great resources that may help answer general questions you and your employees may have about the Marketplace.
