The Electrical Insurance Trustees Health and Welfare Plan, Electrical Contractors Association and Local Union 134 I.B.E.W. Joint Pension Trust of Chicago Pension Plan No. 2, and Electrical Contractors’ Association and Local Union 134, I.B.E.W. Joint Pension Trust of Chicago Pension Plan No. 5 (the “Funds,” “us,” “we,” or “our,” as the context may require) provide fundoffice.org and all other websites that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Website”).

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), together with any documents they expressly incorporate by reference and any other applicable policies, including our Website Privacy Policy, are entered into by and between you and the Fund. The Funds will agree to such opt out requests if it is administratively feasible and/or required by applicable law.

If you use a mobile device, please be aware that your carrier’s normal rates and fees, such as text messaging and data charges, will still apply. In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you agree that you will update your account information on the Website within forty-eight (48) hours to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person who acquires your old number.

The Funds’ rights and all rights of participants and beneficiaries under the Funds shall be governed by the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974, as amended (“ERISA”), except to the extent ERISA does not preempt state law.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any such modifications or changes will immediately become effective upon posting of such changes. Any purported assignment or delegation in violation of these Terms is null and void. No assignment or delegation relieves you of any of your obligations under these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Funds with respect to our Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral, with respect to our Website. No failure on the part of the Funds to exercise and no delay in exercising any right under these Terms shall operate as a waiver of such right.
