EIT Benefit Funds (EIT) administers the following plans on behalf of Communication participants:
Provides medical, dental, vision, prescription drug coverage, hearing, mental health, accident and sickness, life insurance and disability benefits.
Integrated with the Health
& Welfare Plan, the HRA is designed to provide reimbursement for qualified medical expenses while you are covered under the Health
& Welfare Plan or after age 65.
A health and welfare plan designed to provide qualified medical expense reimbursement.
A health and welfare plan designed to provide participants
income when they are not working. This plan was established
effective with the work month of June 2004.

A defined benefit pension plan designed to provide
participants a monthly income in retirement. Contributions
into Pension Plan No. 4 ceased effective with the work month beginning January 1, 1997. If you began working after January 1, 1997, you would not be eligible to participate in this plan.
A defined contribution pension plan with self-directed investment options designed to provide participants with income and financial options in retirement.
