Integrated Health Reimbursement
Arrangement (HRA)
Beginning January 1, 2019, Participants with HRA balances will be eligible to request reimbursement for Qualified Medical Expenses* for themselves and their covered dependents provided they are covered by the EIT Construction Health & Welfare Plan (active, COBRA or Retiree coverage).

Participants will have 365 days to submit any claims incurred on or after January 1, 2019. As a courtesy, the Plan will allow claims for qualified medical expenses incurred between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018 to be submitted for reimbursement through December 31, 2019.

EIT has partnered with WageWorks®, a company that specializes in adjudicating HRA benefits, to offer our Participants innovative ways to manage their HRA accounts. WageWorks offers Participants the ability to access account information online via WageWorks’ website (www.wageworks.com) , a mobile app that can be downloaded directly to their smartphone or other mobile device and a Healthcare Debit Card that can be used to have funds directly debited from their HRA for qualified medical expenses at providers or pharmacies.

For more information or questions relating to processing of reimbursement requests, please visit the WageWorks’ website (www.wageworks.com) or contact WageWorks’ Customer Service Call Center at 1-877-924-3967. For Plan related questions, please contact EIT at 312-782-5442.
